My Passion



Founded in 2024, Tahoe Beef Company. is a small, family-run business. I’m Kolby Lundberg, a first-generation rancher. Raising livestock is my passion, and living the western way of life is at the heart of everything I do. Providing a direct farm-to-fork meal has always been a dream of mine. We take pride in raising the healthiest beef, and we wouldn’t sell a product that we wouldn’t eat ourselves. At Tahoe Beef Company we make that dream a reality by delivering top-quality beef straight from our ranch to your table.
